ROOM: WENDIGO

ROOM: WENDIGO is a 2D arcade game in which you play as Wendigo, a monster that likes SCARYING children while they sleep.

DRAG words inside children's minds to give them nightmares! DECIDE which words you will pick up based on what you DON'T find on their rooms! If you miss, the kids will have good dreams and you won't get score!

GAME JAM THEME: "Cae La Noche" (Night Falls): We used the theme mainly for the game's aesthetics, where Wendigo is a monster that visits children sleeping to cause them fear with its special ability: by giving them nightmares, a concept usually associated with the night. This was also implemented as the main mechanic, which is all about the player deciding what nightmares they will show the kids.
